Job summary

Beacon Hill is partnering with a premier luxury residential community in Lincoln Park to recruit a Leasing Manager. You will lead a team, drive lease activity, and collaborate with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experience in a high-touch environment.

The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing or property management, strong sales skills, and a real estate license preferred. On-site, full-time with base salary and commission/bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in residential leasing and/or property management.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Experience with luxury or higher-end multifamily communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals.
• Drive new lease activity and renewals.
• Partner with property management and operations teams.
• Create exceptional prospect and resident experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitive properties.
• Execute outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain high presentation standards.
• Help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
