Job summary

Beacon Hill is partnering with a premier luxury residential community in Lincoln Park to recruit a Leasing Manager. You will lead a team, drive lease activity, and collaborate with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experience in a high-touch environment.

The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing or property management, strong sales skills, and a real estate license preferred. On-site, full-time with base salary and commission/bonus.

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Experience with luxury or higher-end multifamily communities preferred.

We are partnering with a well-established real estate company to identify a Leasing Manager for one of Chicago's premier luxury residential communities in Lincoln Park.This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing leader who thrives in a high-touch environment and understands that resident experience, presentation, and attention to detail are critical to maintaining a best-in-class property.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals
• Drive new lease activity and resident renewals
• Partner closely with property management and operations teams
• Create an exceptional prospect and resident experience
• Monitor market trends and competitive properties
• Execute outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives
• Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the community
• Help ensure occupancy and revenue goals are consistently achieved

You:

• 3+ years of residential leasing and/or property management experience
• Previous team leadership or management experience required
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Experience within luxury or higher-end multifamily communities strongly preferred
• Real estate license preferred

Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Commission + Bonus

Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday-Standard 8-hour workday
