Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Nashville to drive leasing production and sales at an assigned community. You will provide information on the community and model homes, lead tours, and assist with applications and renewals.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, teamwork and communication skills, plus willingness to work weekends. Fair housing regulations must be learned and applied.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's in business preferred.
• Proven customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays.
• Experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides information about the community and model homes to prospective residents.
• Brings sales-focused energy to close leases and support revenue goals.
• Takes prospective residents on tours of luxury apartment homes.
• Assists with lease applications and renewals.
• Follows up on questions and supports all customer service at the community.
• Maintains tour path and upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.
