Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community in Wisconsin. You will guide prospective residents through community information and model homes, and work to close leases while supporting customer service for current residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and teamwork abilities, and weekend availability. Prior experience in property management or sales is a plus.

Competenze

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide information about the community and model homes to prospective residents.
• Close sales and drive revenue through leasing of available units.
• Conduct luxury apartment tours for prospective residents.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewals for current residents.
• Follow up on resident questions and support customer service efforts.
• Help maintain tour paths and overall site aesthetics.
