Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Campbell, CA community. The role focuses on guiding prospective residents through property tours, highlighting floorplan options, and presenting neighborhood options to match preferences.

You will follow up on leads, work with a small leasing team, and ensure residents experience a high level of service. Saturday availability is required to accommodate peak times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored tours and help residents choose the best floorplan.
• Follow up on every lead to convert prospects.
• Maintain organized records and coordinate with team; Saturday availability required.
