Vivmark Residential is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Glendora, CA. This full-time position involves daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities, delivering exceptional service and guiding prospective residents from tour to lease.

You will conduct personalized tours, highlight floor plans and local amenities, and follow up on leads to convert interest into leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities
