NTS Capital’s Arden Oxmoor in Louisville is opening a brand-new luxury community and needs a Leasing Associate to welcome first residents. You’ll tour, qualify prospects, and convert leads into leases while helping launch 308 apartment homes.

We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused professional with leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced ground-up environment. Weekend availability is required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate urgency, follow up consistently, and close leases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive lease-up of 308 brand-new apartment homes.
• Tour prospects and showcase Arden Oxmoor amenities and finishes.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline through consistent follow-up.
• Convert leads into leases to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in coordination.
• Develop relationships with future residents from inquiry to move-in.
• Plan and execute resident events to establish community culture.
