Four Seasons Hotel Surf Club in Surfside, FL seeks a Learning & Development Manager to create and drive a culture of continuous learning across the property. You will partner with department leaders to identify needs, design impactful training, and support growth through leadership development initiatives.

The role oversees training calendars, measures program effectiveness, and manages resources and budgets to elevate employee engagement and service excellence in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Experience in adult education, training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably within luxury hospitality or a service-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Passion for developing people and creating exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate core training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Oversee training calendars, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage learning budgets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and design development solutions.
• Support change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and service excellence.
• Coach managers to ensure training is conducted consistently across departments.
• Ensure compliance and safety training is delivered across the property.
