Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or dishwashing in high-volume settings.
• Able to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Fast, efficient, and safety-conscious.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine; monitor chemicals and temperatures.
• Prepare, restock, and organize pots, pans, glassware and utensils for service.
• Assist kitchen staff and uphold health and safety standards.
