Responsibilities

• Report malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Keep chemical testers handy and sanitized materials available.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and prep as needed.
• Maintain professional relations with cooks, staff, and front-of-house.
