Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred; willingness to learn valued.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and team-working skills with reliability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations during service to ensure seamless workflow.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and maintain equipment to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation, including walk-in refrigerators.
• Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards per NYC DOH + HACCP.
