Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean food prep areas.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and cookware.
• Empty and clean dishwashers as applicable.
• Wipe walls and appliances (microwaves, toasters, coffee makers).
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) for cleanliness and safety.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
