Job summary

The Sous Chef at Crescent Hotels & Resorts' Curio Collection by Hilton property is a hands-on culinary leader who will support the Executive Chef in daily operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and sanitation.

You will supervise kitchen staff, manage food production, oversee kitchen organization, and contribute to training, scheduling, inventory, and cost containment to deliver elevated experiences for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with team training and development.
• Schedule kitchen staff.
• Oversee food preparation and production.
• Maintain recipe and presentation standards.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, FIFO and proper storage.
