Neiman Marcus in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Dishwasher to maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and ensure guests receive the high standard of service set by Neiman Marcus. The role involves operating the dish machine, handling chemicals, and upholding strict health standards.

You will support kitchen and front-of-house staff, stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 pounds; shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain dish machine and ensure chemicals are filled and ready.
• Operate and report malfunctions to Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Keep chemical testers on hand and use sanitizing materials correctly.
• Organize dish area for pots, pans, sinks, and silver.
• Maintain pace washing pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Uphold health and sanitation standards per Neiman Marcus and health authorities.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and prep as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
