The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training emphasizes strict health and sanitation compliance across all teams.

Responsabilidades

• Keep dishes, trash, and floors clean to the highest sanitation standards.
• Operate and monitor the dish machine; ensure chemicals are stocked.
• Report any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Maintain chemical testers on hand.
• Organize the dish area with supplies for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware efficiently.
• Exercise caution with breakables and keep floors clear of spills.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and support front-of-house staff as needed.
• Uphold health and sanitation standards and comply with audits.
