• Report malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Keep chemical testers accessible and ready.
• Know how to use all sanitizing materials in the kitchen.
• Manage trash disposal and keep area organized.
• Process pots, pans, dishes, flatware and glassware efficiently.
• Exercise caution with breakables and heavy items.
• Keep floors clean from spills and debris.
• Support kitchen cleaning and prep as needed.
• Maintain professional relations with staff across shifts.
• Uphold health and sanitation standards per policy.
