Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Dishwasher to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. The role focuses on dishwashing, waste handling, and floor cleaning to support exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with line cooks and front-of-house staff, upholding Health and Sanitation standards, and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep dish, trash and floors areas clean and organized to health standards.
• Operate dish machine and ensure chemicals are filled and ready.
• Report malfunctions to Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Maintain chemical testers and sanitize materials.
• Keep areas clean and organized for pots, pans, sinks, and silver.
• Maintain pace for washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware.
