Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products and luxury/high-end customers.
• Experience learning and operating computer systems used to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-store and at the customer's location.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bath projects.
• Build knowledge of product lines and features to upsell effectively.
• Leverage showroom technology to guide product selections and review specs, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases from start to finish.
