Job summary

Retail for the People in Florida seeks a seasoned Keyholder to lead luxury clienteling and sales on the floor, opening and closing duties, and brand representation. This is a high-visibility opening in West Palm Beach, offering a unique chance to shape a flagship presence.

You bring a strong personal client book, a polished presence, and a track record of exceeding sales targets; you mentor peers and elevate the in-store experience through thoughtful service and product expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience within luxury fashion (Keyholder, Senior Sales Associate, or similar).
• Demonstrated history of exceeding individual sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills, including outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Understanding of luxury service standards, styling, and floor etiquette.
• Comfortable opening and closing the store and acting as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong individual sales performance across KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, AUR).
• Leverage your existing client book while actively building new long-term relationships.
• Deliver elevated, high-touch styling experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal clients.
• Proactively clienteling before, during, and after store visits.
