Job summary

Zadig & Voltaire Camarillo Outlet is seeking a part-time Key Holder to serve as a trusted brand ambassador, supporting day-to-day operations, opening and closing the boutique, and delivering the elevated client experience expected of the luxury house.

You will demonstrate expert styling, maintain the boutique's presentation, contribute to clienteling and data capture, stay informed on new product launches, and collaborate with the team to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-focused retail sales with a track record of meeting personal sales goals.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and a keen interest in personalized service.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the boutique and oversee daily operations when management is off-site.
• Maintain floor presence to drive sales and support a seamless client experience.
• Ensure a consistently positive, personalized client experience across interactions.
• Capture client data and support follow-up to build lasting relationships.
• Replenish merchandise and keep the sales floor organized and stocked.
• Stay informed on product launches and brand initiatives to educate customers.
• Demonstrate personal styling and product knowledge to elevate shopping.
• Use business tools to identify opportunities and optimize daily performance.
• Leverage available marketing tools to engage current and new business.
• Embrace technology to enhance the customer experience.
