RION Jewelry in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Studio Co-Lead to guide the client-focused sales team. You will support the Studio Manager, supervise and motivate staff, and lead by example to hit goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, 1 year of leadership, superb communication, and a passion for jewelry. You’ll foster a positive culture, train staff, and ensure exceptional service in a dynamic boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales team leadership.
• Experience with jewelry and body adornment a major plus.
• Highly organized, methodical, and meticulous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion and compassion.
• Weekend availability.
• On-site 100% in Kirkland, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the sales team.
• Support the Studio Manager to ensure high-quality, safe, and positive environment.
• Educate clients about jewelry and designs in a friendly way.
• Lead by example to achieve team and store goals.
• Maintain store appearance with product presentation.
• Collaborate with studio management to set goals and monitor performance.
• Handle inventory receipt, transfers, counts, and weekly audits.
• Assist with 1:1s and coaching.
• Model jewelry in photos/content for social media.
