Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury jewelry or equivalent retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales team leadership experience.
• Experience with jewelry and body adornment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
• Support Studio Manager to ensure a high-quality, safe, and positive environment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewelry to educate clients effectively.
• Lead by example and coach others to achieve studio goals.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and product displays.
• Collaborate with studio team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
• Handle client information with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist with inventory receipt, transfers, and weekly audits.
