REEDS Jewelers in Daytona Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and sustain a premier luxury shopping experience. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure flawless store operations while upholding the brand’s client-first culture.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury or jewelry retail leadership, a track record of meeting goals, and strong people management. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and a passion for fine jewelry are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership presence and talent development capabilities
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce tools
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Own store performance, exceeding sales goals and KPIs
