Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury/jewelry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership capable of mentoring a high-performing team.
• Proficient with POS systems, clienteling tools, Microsoft Office and digital commerce platforms.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive client experience and sales leadership across categories (bridal, fine jewelry, designer collections, timepieces).
• Guide and coach the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs; participate in selling ceremonies.
• Lead store operations, merchandising, inventory accuracy and back-of-house efficiency.
• Lead product launches, marketing campaigns and corporate directives at store level.
• Ensure security procedures and loss prevention practices are followed.
• Represent REEDS’ aesthetics and values as a brand ambassador.
