Job summary

Borsheims is a luxury jewelry and gift retailer seeking a full-time Jewelry Sales Associate in Omaha. You will deliver Signature Service to customers in-store, online, and over the phone, helping them select jewelry and gifts to mark special occasions.

Responsibilities include building relationships, guiding customers through purchases, leveraging CRM tools, and supporting ecommerce and in-store operations. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Signature Service in-store, online, and by phone for jewelry and gifts.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise and maximize sales.
• Maintain organized displays and assist with ecommerce fulfillment.
• Engage in clienteling to develop a loyal customer base.
• Process special orders, engravings, and other requests with accuracy.
• Support training, vendor seminars, and a collaborative team environment.
