You will coach, train, and supervise selling specialists, manage client appointments, and leverage technology to maximize sales.

Formación

• Experience leading a jewelry or luxury retail team.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Strong on-floor presence with coaching and training skills.
