Brilliant Earth in Birmingham, MI is seeking a Jewelry Consultant/Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via virtual appointments, phones, or live chat. You will guide customers through the life of the sale and help them find their best jewelry match from our luxury collection.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and is based at our Birmingham, MI location.

Responsibilities

Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, and inquiries.
Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer questions.
Review feedback to drive improvements in customer experience and sales performance.
Enforce policies for a safe showroom and protect product security.
