Brilliant Earth in Denver, CO is seeking a Jewelry Consultant to drive in-person and virtual sales while delivering a luxury customer experience. This full-time role requires weekend availability and working on-site at our Denver showroom.

You will guide customers through the life of the sale, leveraging our product knowledge and sales platforms to meet revenue targets. Our compensation range is set to a competitive hourly wage with benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience in luxury or jewelry preferred.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Manage a high volume of leads via email, live chat, and phones to meet revenue targets.
• Proactively greet and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a personalized experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and address questions pre-appointment.
• Review customer feedback and drive continuous improvement in customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce showroom policies and ensure product security in the waiting area.
• Open/close the showroom and waiting area.
