Job summary

The David Yurman Las Vegas Crystals Store Manager leads the store to achieve sales and profitability while overseeing operations, recruiting, hiring and developing the team. Serving as a brand ambassador, you will foster a premier service culture and engage with high-net-worth clients to promote the product and vision of David Yurman.

You will lead a high-performing team on the selling floor, collaborate with Buying & Merchandising for market-relevant product assortment, and monitor store

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail sales management experience in a luxury boutique.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong client relationship building skills and service culture.
• Experience in Fine Jewelry or Fine Watch is preferred.
• Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
