Job summary

Spinelli Kilcollin in New York City seeks a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury client experience, build lasting relationships, and drive store sales goals. The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury retail, a passion for fine jewelry, and a confident, client-focused approach.

You will guide clients from discovery through styling, purchase and post-sale follow-up, working evenings, weekends, and peak periods on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fine jewelry.
• Polished, approachable, and genuinely passionate about client service with a proactive mindset.
• Knowledgeable about fine jewelry (metals, diamonds, gemstones, care) and skilled with POS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience and build long-term relationships through outreach and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by generating new business and re-engaging existing clients.
• Provide expert product guidance, styling recommendations, and deep knowledge of SK collections, materials, craftsmanship, and customization.
• Partner with Design and internal teams on custom orders, repairs, and client needs; accurately process transactions and maintain records.
• Support omnichannel service and uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory operations and store events/launches to drive client engagement.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
