Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in luxury goods, specifically jewelry.
• Hands-on experience repairing jewelry or aptitude for fine detail work with precious metals.
• Strong quality control instincts and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience handling high-value or secure inventory with integrity and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems (NetSuite preferred) and proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Physically capable of walking, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, with professional email etiquette (Gmail).

Responsabilités

• Category ownership: be the go-to person for all jewelry-related questions in our warehouse.
• Quality control: perform QC on all incoming and outgoing jewelry to meet standards.
• Repairs: repair jewelry as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs not possible in-house.
• Ensure packaging for jewelry is stocked and replenishment needs are flagged.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and internal teams to communicate issues and updates.
• Develop QC standards: inspection checklist, defect library, and pass/fail criteria.
• Track and report defect trends by vendor and product.
