Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the jewelry industry.
• GG certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fabrication of jewelry from start to finish.
• Quality control during each step of the process.
• Communicate and facilitate orders with overseas factories.
• Research & develop trends for product development.
• Assist in creating merchandise mix for various events.
• Coordinate with Marketing/PR on all MEMOs to celebrities.
• Facilitate quality assurance and lead times for production.
• Maintain style and item number generation.
• Prepare weekly production reports.
• Assist customers with returns and special orders.
