Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Jewelry Operations Associate in Newport Beach. The candidate supports the Jewelry Department’s operations, including processing new merchandise, returns, transfers, and repairs, and assists with trunk shows and floor coverage.

The role requires quick learning of jewelry standards and IT systems, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Eligible full-time benefits apply.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and book jewelry per company standards and reconcile PO issues.
• Enter merchandise into the case count system after receipt.
• Process returns to vendor or transfers with proper packing and tracking numbers.
• Maintain repair log and track repairs with vendor or local shops.
• Submit repair invoices to Accounts Payable.
• Receive merchandise for trunk shows and verify against manifest.
• Assist in trunk show setup and recaps of results.
• Reconcile case counts and fix discrepancies; reticket untagged items.
• Prepare special order requests and submit to buyers.
• Support Selling Manager and staff on the selling floor.
