Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, owner of Neiman Marcus, seeks a Jewelry Operations Associate to support all operational functions of the Jewelry Department. You will process new merchandise, returns, transfers, repairs, trunk shows, and daily inventory tasks.

The role requires learning jewelry standards quickly, managing case counts, and assisting on the selling floor. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to quickly learn systems and jewelry standards.
• Familiarity with IT applications used in a luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and book jewelry per company standards.
• Enter merchandise into the case count system after receipt.
• Process returns to vendor and transfers; manage repairs and logs.
• Assist trunk shows setup and recap trunk show results.
• Ensure case counts are accurate and discrepancies reconciled.
• Reticket merchandise and manage special order requests.
• Support selling floor activities and department supplies.
