Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a part-time Jewelry Operations Associate in Atlanta to support all operational functions of the Jewelry Department under the Jewelry Selling Manager. Responsibilities include receiving and booking merchandise, processing returns to vendor and transfers, maintaining repair logs, and supporting trunk shows.

You will assist on the selling floor as needed, ensure the department is stocked, and use IT applications to record transactions and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn systems and jewelry standards.
• Experience with inventory controls and case counts is a plus.
• Comfort working with IT applications and vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and book all jewelry per company standards.
• Maintain repairs log and track items with the vendor network.
• Assist trunk shows setup, execution, and recap of results.
• Ensure case counts are accurate and discrepancies resolved.
