Tanishq Jewelry in Westborough, MA is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to lead our luxury retail team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will open and close, coach sales associates, manage floor operations, ensure visual standards, and oversee inventory while upholding policies and loss prevention. Candidates should have 2+ years in retail management and a passion for premium customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or floor supervisor experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and retail inventory management.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, or luxury goods is a strong plus.
• Availability to work 10 hours shifts on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor floor coverage, staff scheduling, and task delegation to maintain optimal store performance.
• Assist customers with high-value jewelry purchases, product inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper display of fine jewelry collections.
• Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with management on replenishment needs.
• Enforce store policies, loss prevention protocols, and compliance standards.
