Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail management, strong customer service, and excellent communication. Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or floor supervisor experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a premium shopping experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and retail inventory management.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, or luxury goods is a strong plus.
• Availability to work 10 hours shifts on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor floor coverage, staff scheduling, and task delegation to maintain optimal store performance.

• Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with management on replenishment needs.
