Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, project management, and attention to detail are essential.
• At least two years of experience selling custom jewelry, including loose diamonds and gemstones, engagement rings, wedding bands, and heirloom redesigns.
• Experience in diamond, bridal, and fine jewelry sales preferred.
• Warm, relationship-driven, and client-focused with a passion for luxury experiences.

Responsibilities

• Sell luxury jewelry and provide custom design consultations.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and manage client correspondence.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining an exceptional in-store experience.
