Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team with passion for excellence and hospitality. You will shape guest experiences by applying culinary knowledge and maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in culinary/F&B or 1–2 years in supervision, plus legal US work status and Hawaii TB clearance; weekend availability is essential, with on-site benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in culinary/food & beverage line or 1–2 years in supervision
• Legal work authorization in United States
• TB clearance card per Hawaii Hawaii Department of Health requirements

Responsabilités

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline kitchen staff to meet standards
• Assist in planning and development of recipes and ensure high-quality presentation
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling and budgeting
• Ensure sanitation standards and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Maintain quality and consistency of food and portion sizes
• Coordinate between departments and attend operational meetings
• Able to work weekends and holidays
