This on-site, full-time role blends interior design with sales, leveraging Ethan Allen tools and a strong local client base to build long-term client relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field with 1 year of practical interior design experience, or 5 years in a related field.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions consistent with customer preferences and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen’s products and services.
• Represent the brand; greet customers, set appointments, and conduct in-home consultations.
• Utilize grassroots marketing and social media to grow the business.
• Educate customers on available design services and flexibility of offerings.
• Stay current on design trends and coordinate with the team to ensure timely order updates.
