Job summary

RH Gallery is seeking a Design Consultant to provide luxury service by assessing walk-in clientele and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client needs. They will manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, qualifying clients and educating on services.

Ideal candidates bring experience from design firms or upscale furniture and luxury retail, strong communication, and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships while maintaining brand

Qualifications

Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
People and relationship driven with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Live RH Vision and brand standards on the Gallery floor.
Provide luxury service with product expertise and elevated client care.
Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services offered.
Own the client experience from initial contact through delivery.
Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet fiscal goals.
Represent RH lifestyle brand through appearance and professionalism.
Support visual quality standards within the Gallery.
