Job summary

RH Gallery is seeking Design Consultants to deliver a luxury client experience by applying product expertise and elevated service. You will qualify clients, educate them on RH Interior Design services, and manage the client journey from first contact to product delivery.

Ideal candidates bring design or luxury retail experience, strong communication, and a results-driven, highly organized approach. Travel and local driving are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design is desirable.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Organized, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with Mac OS, iOS, MS Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Live RH vision, values and beliefs daily.
• Provide luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally.
• Maintain interest in luxury design industry and standards.
• Support visual and quality standards in the Gallery.
