Job summary

RH is seeking Design Consultants to provide luxury service by assessing walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client needs. You will be an innovative, entrepreneurial professional focused on building and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities include qualifying clients, owning the client journey from contact to delivery, and upholding RH's standards while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Arts, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and collaborative.

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and Design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
