Job summary

RH Gallery in Jacksonville, FL seeks Design Consultants to deliver a luxury client experience by assessing walk‑in client needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed expectations. You will combine product knowledge with elevated service to qualify and educate clients on available services, guiding them from first contact through product delivery.

The role requires passion for design, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture luxury retail preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
• People and relationship driven with strong client service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and Design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
