Job summary

RH Gallery in Charlotte, NC seeks Design Consultants to provide luxury service, assess walk-in clients, and collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet clients' design needs and exceed expectations.

Design Consultants will own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, grow a strong client base, and uphold RH’s standards of service, professionalism, and luxury branding.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, MS Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Live RH vision and values every day.
• Provide luxury service with product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.
• Ensure fiscal goals are achieved.
• Represent RH lifestyle brand through appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain interest in luxury design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
