Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign special projects to housekeeping staff.
• Report needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensure attendants have supplies and linens.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
• Process AM/PM room status reports.
• Keep linen carts and closets stocked.
• Maintain clean stock in supply cage.
• Ensure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
• Prioritize check-out/vacated rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
• Ensure safe environment for guests and associates.
• Inspect housekeeping and public areas; foster teamwork.
• Dress and present a professional appearance.
