Bohemia Manor Farm is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operations across the Manor House and Vintner's Cottage. The role ensures luxury cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory housekeeping role within hotel, resort, or luxury settings. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and coordinating with Front Desk and Maintenance to meet VIP needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

Prior housekeeping experience required, including a lead/supervisory role in luxury hospitality settings.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to train others to a consistent standard.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping staff on daily assignments and cleanliness standards.
Inspect rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure quality and brand standards.
Create and manage daily room assignments and staffing schedules.
Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Address guest requests, concerns, or service recovery related to housekeeping.
Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance on room status, VIP arrivals, and maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety, chemical-handling, and sanitation procedures.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of new housekeeping team members.
Step in to assist with room cleaning during high-occupancy periods.
