Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression and assisting with information about resort services.
• Assist with luggage handling, including delivery, pickup, storage, and transportation, while maintaining accurate records of baggage movements.
• Respond to guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, resolve concerns, and provide directions about resort facilities and events.
• Perform guest and hotel errands, including local deliveries and off-property requests as needed.
• Safely transport guests and ensure resort vehicles are clean and stocked with guest amenities.
• Deliver personalized, professional service to enhance arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
