Job summary

The Loren Hotel at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring immaculate guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will oversee shifts, train staff, and maintain high cleanliness standards in a luxury setting.

You will manage daily operations, respond to guest needs, and monitor inventory while upholding SOPs, safety, and hospitality excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years housekeeping experience and supervisory skills.
• Post-high school education preferred; strong guest service mindset.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise housekeeping associates and shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, public areas and back of house.
• Coordinate schedules, training, and performance feedback.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Control supplies and inventory; ensure cost efficiency.
