Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of HVAC or related facility maintenance experience.

• Basic computer proficiency including email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Complete and record scheduled rounds for building equipment.
• Perform preventative HVAC maintenance and related deficiencies.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls and determine actions.
• Monitor plant systems via Building Management System and adjust as needed.
• Operate boiler per state requirements and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical spaces.
